Nothing to complain about, really good stay on holidays. Clean place with extensive and savoury breakfasts. Nice pool, parking on-site. Marvellous and very pretty location to an airy harbourside mall. And adjacent to great water park: D

The evening meal was excellent. I asked for my Eye fillet steak to be well done and cut thin. Excellent steak , the chef cooked this to my liking. The location was chosen by my sister to celebrate their wedding anniversary and her 50th Birthday. We had a lovely time.
The bed was comfortable. I did not like the pillows, too hard.

i loved that we were so close to sea world and got free entry as well as the dolphin discovery tour. My girls loved the seals and dolphin shows. My girls also loved the waterpark. It was a great setup even for toddlers to have fun safely in the water. My husband used the gym every morning.
The breakfast and dinners at the Shoreline were extremely expensive even though the girls ate free our meals were very expensive. The room setup with two double beds made it difficult with two toddlers.

I liked the ease in which staff and the location worked together. I liked how nothing was too hard for staff and made me feel at home which made raking my job in romancing my partner on our 3 year anniversary.
The only thing that i was a little dissapointed in was that I tried to have dinner in the main eating area and found it too loud and distracting to actually eat dinner. I would suggest that there be a seperate drinking area to a dining area. I have noticed in other larger organisations use an irish bar for the drinking. They are low seiling and easier to control and generally thick enough that they shield outsiders....only a suggestion

we were able to access Seaworld readily and stay as Family Unit
we were told about facilities not being available as per the information on website and bookings ie Kids Club was not available at first due to renovations and then pay as you use and supervise yourself, information about facilities in Room not available, food choices limited, no transport that wasn't expensive, kitchenette needs more simple requirements ie toaster, electric frypan and as a family unit too small. I also mentioned in original booking that it was for a Birthday celebration and nothing was done or presented as asked. These touches not available!

the location was strategic and excellent facilities. Would be great to stay there on summer for the waterpark.
the staff werent really how i expected from internationall resort company. They should pay more attention to guests instead of looking at them as numbers. We even got our room service order wrong on the first night when we were just arrived, but we didnt complain because the children were tired and hungry. No greetings or goodbye from concierge.

There was a lot of noise and all the resturants where overpriced. I found that it really was the same as a budget hotel. Our room was next to a large party and it was really noisey

great fun for the kids but room for improvement
The water playground was excellent, allowing my children to enjoy their time while it remained tidy and safe. The quick service at the Melrose, and the breakfast variety catered to our family's needs well.
The room could use some updates for a more comfortable stay.

Location: the hotel was so close to the Japanese restaurant which was fantastic and movie world and sea world and a trolley. The bed was comfortable and all in all the room was well decorated. The free parking was on-site, good service.
